1) What is the procedure of order?
We don't have worldwide online shop, all orders proceed offline.
2) What is your quality level? What craft would be used in a dress?
We major in high end and middle high-end dresses.
All dresses will built in bra, with fish bones,safe tie, embroidered, all handmade.
3) What fabric you are using?
We have huge selection of fabrics, satin,organza,chiffon,tulle,lace are common use.
4) How long can get the dress?
Our processing time for regular styles 1 month
5) Could you let me know about the shipping?
We ship worldwide by express and by sea.
By Express, We work with DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS/TNT for most countries.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free modify.
Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for:
Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress. In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide: 1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress.
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality; this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, and otherwise it will not be accepted. 4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive. 6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
We put all of our energy and mind into each dress, each of our dress are full of love, our long experience and skilled craftsmanship keep less return rate till now, but if there are our problems, we could return all your payment, for more details, please see our FAQ.
We will try to avoid mistake, we know each dress is so important for each girl, since all dresses made by handwork, there might be mistake, but if it is our problems, we will pay all the loss.
8. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? We sure do, shipping worldwide.
9. How long will it take to receive my order? Rush order: Within 15 days Normal time: Within 25 days (From May to Dec)
Around 30 days (From Jan to April), its busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.
We accept payment by PayPal, credit card, western union, money gram, and bank transfer and so on.

We paid the insurance.
1, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days.
2, paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned,
3, paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned.
4, dress has sent, can't return the payment to you.
Most buyers from Unite States no need to pay customs taxes, But buyers from other countries
need to pay taxes, but general speaking, we just wrote less price on the invoice, then you pay less
Please take note that its express collection charges for customs tax, it's not shipping cost, all
shipping cost has been paid by us already.
Because of taxes, if customers refuse to receive them, we can't send full payment back; it will
also cause us extra taxes again if goods returned.
